Admissions Journey
The school calendar below outlines the key dates for the academic year, including term start and end dates, holidays, and important school events. This schedule helps families plan and stay informed about academic progress and school life.
Step 1 — Application Submission
Families may begin the process by visiting the school and submitting the admission application.
This can be done in one of the following ways:
- Booking a prior appointment by contacting the Admissions Office
- Walking in directly for enquiry and registration
- Completing the online registration form, followed by a school visit
Our Admissions Team will assist families with the electronic registration link and initial guidance.
Step 2 — School Tour
Parents and students are invited for a guided tour of the campus to explore facilities and learn more about school life at Jadara.
Step 3 — Assessment & Admission Interview
Students complete a placement test, followed by an admission interview.
This helps us understand each student’s readiness and ensure appropriate placement.
Step 4 — Seat Reservation Fee
Once accepted, families proceed with payment of the seat reservation fee to secure the student’s place.

Parents complete the student’s registration file by submitting all required documents to the Admissions Office.
